CBD: The Disappointment
Everyone said start with CBD. "It's legal everywhere. Very relaxing."
I bought premium CBD oil. 15% concentration. €80.
First night: 10mg before bed. Waited for relaxation.
Nothing.
Week two: Increased to 25mg. Still nothing.
Week three: Tried CBD flower instead. Smoked it.
Pleasant taste. Zero effect.
Then I read more carefully: "Non-psychoactive."
Oh.
CBD isn't a milder version of cannabis. It's something completely different. No high at all.
For some people, that's perfect. My friend uses it for anxiety and loves it.

HHC: It Works, But Different
I kept seeing HHC everywhere. "Legal high. Alternative to THC."

Fresh cannabis plants contain mostly THCA (15-25%) and minimal Delta-9 THC (2-5%).

THCA is legal because EU hemp law regulates Delta-9 THC content.
Since THCA isn't Delta-9 THC yet (not until you heat it), hemp flower with <0.3% THC but 20%+ THCA is completely legal.
It's not a loophole. It's just... chemistry.

"Wait. THCA isn't like HHC (a different cannabinoid). This is just regular cannabis sold in its natural, unheated state?"
